VICTORIA BECKHAM's DVB fashion range has been dumped from a string of U.S. stores - following complaints of poor sales and a lack of promotional work from the star.
Top outlets Fred Segal and Kitson have dropped the singer's denim collection and accused Beckham of not doing enough to help sell her products.
Fraser Ross, owner of Kitson, has blamed the Spice Girl's constant refusal to do in-store appearances for the commercial failure of the jeans, which sell for over $200 (GBP100) a pair.
He says, "We asked her PR people so many times for her to appear but she didn't. Celebrity lines are no different from an album or music tour. They have to be promoted to sell."
