THEN JERICO STAR ASSAULTED
Singer MARK SHAW of Eighties rockers THEN JERICO has been attacked after he popped out to run errands near his London home.
The star, 46, was beaten by a gang of teenagers in Tooting, south London - and required 15 stitches to his head following the incident.
Shaw was found to have four holes in his skulls, a broken nose and two black eyes.
He says, "It was terrifying, I was convinced I was going to die. One of them kept smashing me over the head with my metal stick while the others egged him on."
