TEENAGE JESUS AND THE JERKS TO REUNITE
Veteran rockers TEENAGE JESUS AND THE JERKS are to reform for two one-off concerts in June (08).
The infamous New York group, fronted by Lydia Lunch, split in 1979 after three years entertaining audiences with 10-minute gigs made up of 30-second songs. And now, to promote the release of new book No Wave: Post-Punk. Underground. New York. 1976-1980, which is co-written by Sonic Youth's Thurston Moore, the band will perform for the first time in almost 30 years. Teenage Jesus And The Jerks will play New York's Knitting Factory at 8pm and 11pm on 13 June (08).
