VON TEESE SETTLES EROTICA COMPANY LAWSUIT
LATEST: Burlesque star DITA VON TEESE has reportedly settled a lawsuit against a British company she claimed failed to pay her performance fees for two shows in London.

In a lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, the star accused the bosses of Erotica Limited of owing her $25,000 (GBP12,500) for two performances at the Erotica trade show in November (07). Von Teese, real name Heather Sweet, alleged Erotica only paid her half. But U.S. website TMZ.com is now reporting that company bosses have paid the owed fees and Von Teese subsequently filed papers asking for the suit to be dismissed.
