TV COOK SHOT ON GOLF COURSE
U.S. TV chef PAUL PRUDHOMME was shot on Tuesday (25Mar08) - and escaped unharmed.
The 67-year-old was cooking fish at a golf course event in the Avondale district of New Orleans, Louisiana when he felt something hit his arm.
A .22 calibre bullet, which had failed to penetrate Cajun chef Prudhomme's skin, then fell from his sleeve.
Police officials, who admit they have no idea who fired the bullet, originally classified the incident as a shooting, but later reclassified it as a complaint.
The veteran cook started presenting his PBS network show, Chef Paul Prudhomme's Always Cooking! in America last year (07).
