LANDSCAPING COMPANY TAKES BRANDY TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT
Singer/actress BRANDY failed to pay her landscape gardener $3,576 (GBP1,788) in expenses, according to court papers.

Raymond Soriano Landscape has filed legal documents in a Los Angeles small claims court, alleging the star owes the company unspecified "landscaping expenses" for work carried out at her property between July 2007 and February 2008. A trial date has been set for 22 April (08), according to CelebTV.com.
