GELDOF ACCUSED OF BREAKING FAN'S NOSE

Rocker BOB GELDOF has been accused of attacking a fan mid-concert, leaving the man with a broken nose.

The former Boomtown Rats' former backing singer Zara H. Phillips claims the singer defended her after she was once abused by an admirer.

In her new book, Phillips claims Geldof kicked the fan so hard, the star broke his nose.

She says, "He kicked him once or twice, and blood came spurting out of the man's nose.

"He collapsed and other members of the crows started attacking him, and a big fight started."

Phillips, who worked with Geldof from 1986 until 1988, makes the allegations in her memoirs Mother Me.
