ADELE PLANS THE 'BEST GIRL BAND EVER'

Soul newcomer ADELE wants to form a pop supergroup - with her former schoolmates AMY WINEHOUSE, KATIE MELUA, LILY ALLEN and KATE NASH.

The 19-year-old Brit is convinced the quintet, who are all graduates of the U.K.'s BRIT school for performing arts - could conquer the music industry as one.

She says, "Amy, Katie, Lily, Kate and me all come from the same school. If we were in a band I think it would be the best band ever.

"We're not afraid to speak out minds. I think everyone is entitled to an opinion whether it is good or horrible."

And the singer insists the all-girl group would win over a multitude of female fans because real women could relate to them: "All of us represent most women in the world.

You don't need to be a doll with tanned legs, blonde hair, big boobs and good lips. I really don't think you have to be like that any more."
