WOMBATS DRUMMER'S STRIPPER SHAME - AND PAIN
THE WOMBATS star DAN HAGGIS has been left emotionally and physically scarred by a depraved stripper - who "spanked" him raw in front of his mum, dad and gran.
The British bandmember cites the evening a torture-happy lapdancer arrived at his family home with whipped cream and whips as the most humiliating moment of his life.
He says, "I was stripped and spanked by a stripper in front of my family - mum, dad, grandma, the lot. She came in with whipped cream and a paddle in the other.
"She stripped me and walloped me with a belt. I was bleeding so badly I had welts. My granny was so shocked and confused about what the hell was happening."
The Wombats scooped the Best Dancefloor Filler prize at Thursday's (28Feb08) NME Awards in London for their hit song Let's Dance To Joy Division.
