RUSSELL WORE 20-YEAR-OLD FAVOURITE TO THE OSCARS

Screen icon JANE RUSSELL had no fear of seeing another actress wearing the same outift as her at the Oscars - because her garment of choice was an old favourite.

The 86-year-old Academy Award winner, who sported a gold lame and black sequined outfit at Sunday (24Feb08) night's ceremony, admits the suit was 20 years old - and has been her Oscar outfit since 2004.

When asked if her outfit was designer, she replied, "Yeah, 20 years ago - I got my use out of it too.

"I've worn this to the Academy Awards four years in a row and I'm gonna wear it plenty more times too."
