Socialite PARIS HILTON celebrated her 27th birthday with a raunchy performance alongside burlesque revue the PUSSYCAT DOLLS on Saturday (16Feb08) night.

Hilton spent last week (ends15Feb08) rehearsing her sexy dance routine after admitting she was "nervous" at the prospect of embarrassing herself onstage.
