LATEST: Pop star LILY ALLEN has denied her new TV show suffered a major setback when over a third of the studio audience walked out complaining of boredom.
Lily Allen at Finch & Partners' Pre-BAFTA Party held at Mark's Club. London, England - 09.02.08
The singer-turned-presenter was taping the forthcoming programme Lily And Friends at Pinewood Studios in Buckinghamshire, England on Friday (08Feb08) but was hit by a string of problems including a broken teleprompter which left her reading from handwritten cue cards.
And it had been reported that members of the audience were so disappointed with the 22-year-old's performance - they got up and left before the cameras finished rolling.
However a representative for Allen insists the stories are not true.
The spokesman tells British newspaper the Daily Star, "It's nonsense."

AMY WINEHOUSE stole the show at the 50th Grammy Awards, winning five top honours.
Kanye West was nominated for eight awards and went home with four prizes, including Rap Album, Rap Performance and Rap Song; Bruce Springsteen picked up three, including Best Rock Song. The White Stripes, Justin Timberlake and Mary J. Blige all won two.
But the night was dominated by Winehouse, who picked up all but one of the awards she was nominated for - Record of the Year for Rehab; Album of the Year for Back to Black; Best New Artist; Best Pop Vocal Album for Back to Black; Song of the Year for Rehab; and Best Female Vocal Performance for Rehab.
The troubled singer seemed destined to make the biggest headlines of the night. Last week (ends8Feb08) she made arrangements to leave drug rehab in London to attend the Grammys, but was banned from travelling to Los Angeles because of a drugs conviction in Norway last October (07).
The U.S. embassy in London handed her a last minute reprieve on Friday - but she opted to stay in the U.K. and perform via a satellite link-up.
At a studio in London, surrounded by family and friends she sang her hits You Know I'm No Good and Rehab, paying tribute to her jailed husband Blake Fielder-Civil in both.
When she was presented with the Record of the Year, she dedicated it to "My Dad, my Mum, my Blake. My incarcerated Blake. And this is for London."
Winehouse also made history on Sunday (10Feb08) joining an elite club of female artists to have won five awards in one night, alongside Lauryn Hill in 1999, Alicia Keys in 2002, Norah Jones in 2003, Beyonce in 2004 and The Dixie Chicks in 2007. No one has ever won more - and Winehouse is the first British female artist to achieve the feat.
Elsewhere, the spectacular ceremony was marked by performances from great artists past and present, including Tina Turner, Aretha Franklin, Jerry Lee Lewis and Little Richard. It was opened by Alicia Keys duetting with the late Frank Sinatra and closed by Will.I.am.
The full list of Grammy Award winners is as follows:

KANYE WEST hit out at Grammy Award organisers when music was played during his acceptance speech for the Best Rap Album prize.
The rapper asked for a backing track to be cut twice, as he took a swipe at beaten nominees Common and Nas and dedicated the award to his mother, who died last November (07).
He said, "It feels good to be home. A lot of people said hip hop is dead, but that was just Nas. And Common, you can't drop an album the same year as me."
As his voice was drowned out, he pleaded, "Come on - you gonna play music on me?"
He added of his mother's death, "I appreciate all the support and all the prayers." And pleaded again, "It would be good taste to stop the music there", before continuing, "I appreciate everything and I know you are really proud of me right now and I know you wouldn't want me to stop and you'd want me to be the number one artist in the world. And Mamma, all I'm gonna do is keep making you proud. We won this."
Earlier at the event West choked up while singing Mama, a track he wrote about his mother.

Rocker LENNY KRAVITZ' new album lifts the lid on his rift with his late father.
The singer left the family home when he was just 15 because he couldn't bear to watch his dad Sy regularly cheat on his mother.
He says, "We never saw eye to eye and I moved out when I was 15. I was a mama's boy, and his infidelities were something I took personally."
The pair met and reconciled shortly before Sy died in 2005.

Rock legend BOB DYLAN's ex-girlfriend dubs the rocker vain, a liar and reveals she illegally aborted his baby in the 1960s, in a new autobiography.
Suze Rotolo - who appeared on the cover of Dylan's album The Freewheelin' Bob Dylan - makes the claims in A Freewheelin' Time, due for release in May (08).
The 64-year-old writes, "Much time was spent in front of the mirror trying on one wrinkled article of clothing after another, until it all came together to look as if Bob had just gotten up and thrown something on. Image was all."
Rotolo also reveals his habit for telling lies about his childhood, including "the sad story he told of being abandoned at a young age in New Mexico and then going to live with a travelling circus".
She adds, "He had an uncanny ability to complicate the obvious and sanctify the banal - just like a poet. Bob was charismatic; he was a beacon, a lighthouse. He was also a black hole."
The pair eventually split, Rotolo claims, because she could handle the "pressure, gossip, truth and lies that living with Bob entailed".

Hollywood director TIM BURTON's attempts to settle a legal dispute with ex-girlfriend LISA MARIE out of court have failed.
The pair will now meet at Los Angeles Superior Court in the summer (08), over Marie's claims she was cheated out of assets Burton promised her during their ten-year relationship, which ended in 2001.
The former Calvin Klein model sued Burton in 2006 claiming he promised they would "combine their efforts and earnings and share equally any and all" accumulated property.
She also claimed he promised to financially support her for the rest of her life.
Burton reportedly gave Marie $5 million (GBP2.5 million) to sign a contract releasing him from any further claims to his assets. He then countersued her last September (07) seeking a court declaration binding her to the agreement.
Marie appeared in a number of Burton's films including 2001's Planet of the Apes, on which he met his current partner, Helena Bonham Carter. The couple had their second child, daughter Indiana, in December (07).

Hollywood actress LINDSAY LOHAN has joined AMY WINEHOUSE and ANNIE LENNOX to become the latest celebrity to sign up to a hearing loss awareness campaign - posing for singer-turned-photographer BRYAN ADAMS.

Harry Belafonte is another celebrity who was keen to join the promotional drive as he has been affected by hearing loss for several years, insisting it is imperative that people are more aware of the condition.
He says, "Good hearing is extremely important. It has a lot of impact on personality. I noticed (when my hearing got worse) that my voice changed, and I had to speak more loudly.
