LED ZEPPELIN REFORM FOR SECOND CONCERT

LED ZEPPELIN are to reunite for a second time to headline the 2008 Bonnaroo Arts and Music Festival in the U.S.

Organisers for the event, which will be held over three days in June (08) in Manchester, Tennessee, have confirmed the legendary rockers will top the bill, which currently includes Metallica, Pearl Jam and Kanye West.

The announcement comes after months of speculation that the Stairway To Heaven hitmakers were planning on playing more live dates after they reformed for a one-off concert in London in December (07).

Founding members Robert Plant, Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones teamed up with Jason Bonham, the son of their late drummer John, to take to the stage at the O2 Arena for a tribute concert in honour of Atlantic Records founder Ahmet Ertegun.

And the gig has been followed up by rumours of more shows and a possible world tour. But the band insist a full tour will have to wait until at least September (08), after frontman Plant finishes his promotional commitments with Alison Krauss.
