MARGERA SENTENCED OVER BAIL VIOLATION
American reality TV star VINCENT MARGERA has been sentenced to two years probation after violating bail conditions over a drugs charge.
The Viva La Bam star - the uncle of Jackass regular Ban Margera - pleaded guilty to the cocaine possession-related charge in court on Friday (18Jan08).
Margera was convicted of child sexual assault in October (07), and while out on bond on the sex assault case in 2006, he tested positive for cocaine use. Margera was sentenced last month (Dec07) to 10 years to life probation as a result of the assault charge, and his probation for drug use will run concurrently with the probation from the sex offender sentence.
Margera was also ordered to give up his Don Vito persona for 10 years in December (07) as a result of the sex offence charges.
