American reality TV star MATTHEW ROLOFF has been found not guilty of driving under the influence.
The Little Big World star waived his right to a jury and asked the judge to decide his fate after it emerged jury members had looked up terms on the internet during their four-and-a-half hour deliberation, despite being instructed not to do so.
The judge at the Hillsboro, Oregon hearing then ruled Roloff to be not guilty - before describing the jury as a disservice to the entire legal system.
Roloff, 43, was stopped on West Union Road in Washington County, Oregon last June (07), after police allegedly observed his vehicle swerving in and out of its lane.
