Cult rockers MY RUIN have parted ways with drummer MATT LeCHEVALIER.
French LeChevalier, who toured with the band for two years after joining in 2005, has been forced to quit the American group because of visa problems.
He will be replaced by Marcelo Palomino, who has previously played with frontwoman Tarrie B in her former bands Manhole and Tura Satana.
Tarrie B tells website Blabbermouth.net: "We always knew that his time with our band was limited because he is a French citizen and there were both visa and personal issues he had to deal with which had nothing to do with our band...
"We wish him all the best in his future endeavours and will always have a special place for him in our hearts and remember his time with My Ruin fondly...
"Now it's time for our next announcement.. For the past two months we have been in the studio rehearsing for our UK tour with someone very special to us. His name is Marcelo Palomino... The band sounds tight and we're counting down the days."
