M.I.A. TO HOST TV SHOW IN LIBERIA

Rap star M.I.A. is to host a documentary about child rights in Liberia.

The 28-year-old will travel to the post-war African country to see how child rights advocate Kimmie Weeks is attempting to help people rebuild their lives and their country.

The British singer will meet Liberian President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf in the programme, entitled 4Real Liberia.

She says, "I think the future of Liberia is very positive. I see greatness in Liberia."

The programme is set to air on MTV Canada in March next year (08).
