MACLAINE PLANS WEEKEND SEMINARS FOR CURIOUS COLLEGE STUDENTS

Actress SHIRLEY MacLAINE is planning a series of weekend seminars to help college kids understand life better.

The sage-like Oscar winner insists her life lessons could be invaluable to young people just starting out.

She says, "I'm getting into stuff that they are not yet programmed to titter at... The younger people are the ones I'd like to make some sense to, so they don't make the mistakes that we've made."

MacLaine insists the two-part seminars would concentrate on her own spiritual teachings and knowledge and questions about whether or not aliens exist.

She adds, "The first day should be about this access of the divine within and the second day that we should prepare ourselves for extraterrestrial real presence because they know we're in big trouble."
