A sixth man is to appear in court charged in connection with the case involving AMY WINEHOUSE's husband BLAKE FIELDER-CIVIL.
Michael Brown, 25, from Holloway, London, will appear before Thames Magistrates charged with conspiracy to pervert the course of justice. Five other men, including Fielder-Civil, have also appeared in court charged with the same offence.
Fielder-Civil, 25, - who married the singer in May (07) - was due to stand trial on Monday (12Nov07) for allegedly assaulting barman James King in June last year (06).
But the trial was halted over allegations Fielder-Civil attempted to fix the outcome by offering King $400,000 (GBP200,000) and a free holiday to withdraw his statement.
Fielder-Civil is currently on remand at London's Pentonville Prison and will appear at Snaresbrook Crown Court with four other men next Friday (23Nov07).
