EKLAND WARNS GIRLS: 'DON'T DIET LIKE ME'
Model and actress BRITT EKLAND has issued a stark warning to young women on extreme diets - 'Become obsessed, and you'll end up with osteoporosis like me'.

The former Bond Girl, 65 - who began modelling at the tender age of 17 - says there is no doubt her own teenage fixation with weight loss is what has caused her painful brittle bones condition.
She says, "I always thought of myself as fat and, in my teens, went on crazy diets.
"Dieting is now why I have osteoporosis. Now I have to eat the right foods, run, do Pilates, lift weights every day just to stay healthy. It's really hard work."
