Actress CATE BLANCHETT fuelled pregnancy rumours when she stepped out to promote her latest film in Rome displaying a sexy new fuller figure.

The 38-year-old Australian actress showed off her impressive curves in a revealing strapless gown at the premiere of Elizabeth: The Golden Age.
The look was a dramatic departure from her painfully thin appearance last May (07).
The more womanly shape being flaunted at Monday night's (22Oct07) premiere sent the rumour mill in overdrive, with onlookers wondering if the mother-of-two might be expecting a third.
