JACKSON ACCEPTS SHE'LL ALWAYS BATTLE THE BULGE

JANET JACKSON has learned to accept her weight will always balloon and dip - because she loves food too much.

The pop superstar has battled weight issues for as long as she can remember, but, after reaching her 40s, she has a new love for both fat Janet and toned Janet.

She says, "It's a work in progress. I'm still working it and have my moments and then I have my moments of `I'm good, I'm in a great space.'

"Things can go one way or the other. At times it definitely can be all about emotional eating. There are a lot of people that shy away from food when they're feeling a certain way. Food is something that's always comforted me."
