MCCARTNEY TO TALK MONEY WITH MILLS

SIR PAUL McCARTNEY and estranged wife HEATHER MILLS will attempt to agree a divorce settlement at a secret meeting before a judge.

The couple and their legal representatives will attend a one-day hearing at London's Royal Courts of Justice in a bid to avoid the media.

The Beatles legend hopes the hearing will settle a financial deal and avoid the dispute moving to a costly and public hearing.

A source tells British newspaper The Times, "This case ought to settle. It is absolutely straightforward."
