OSBOURNE DISMISSES 'BITTER' BROTHER ARDEN

SHARON OSBOURNE has dismissed her brother DAVID ARDEN as 'bitter' and 'hateful' after he accused her of causing the fall out over their father's burial.

The X Factor judge, 54, puts the record straight about their dispute over funeral arrangements for late music mogul Don Arden, claiming she was simply carrying out her dad's final wishes.

Writing in her new autobiography Survivor, she says, "As for the 'feud' over my dad's funeral, my father had been in my care for the last five years.

"David had not laid eyes on him for the last 18 months, as he could not enter the States following a drug-related incident. David said our father wanted to be buried next to my mother in Surrey. My nephew, aunt and my father's girlfriend all said he wanted to be buried in Manchester. In the end, I went with my heart."

And Osbourne regrets ever trusting her sibling.

She adds, "I made a terribly mistake letting my brother back into my life. I wish him no harm but wish he would end his hatred and bitterness. Sadly David seems intent on trying to destroy my family."

Arden, 81, died in July (07) after a battle with Alzheimer's disease.
