LIL' WAYNE FACES SECOND $1 MILLION LAWSUIT

Rapper LIL' WAYNE has been hit with a $1 million (GBP500,000) lawsuit, accusing the star of injuring a second fan at his homecoming concert in Maryland in 2006.

The hip-hop star - real name Dwayne Michael Carter Jr. - threw money into the crowd during his performance at Morgan State University, Maryland last year (06), causing pandemonium within the venue.

Fan Carlisa Dixon has become the second student to file a lawsuit against Carter and his record label Cash Money, claiming she was "impaled" by a metal pole during the chaos.

Dixon claims her thigh was punctured by the pole which resulted in "the embarrassment of scarring and disfigurement", reports AllHipHop.com.

Fellow devotee Tyrique Layne also filed a $1 million lawsuit against Carter last month (28Aug07) alleging that she and two other women were hurt during the October concert.
