Late rocker JOHN LENNON and actor SIR MICHAEL CAINE got drunk together and "behaved badly" when they first met.
The Beatles legend met Caine at the Cannes Film Festival in France in 1964, where they quickly became friends and drinking partners.
The Zulu actor says, "We were getting through this day of press conferences, me for the Ipcress File while I think he was probably doing A Hard Day's Night.
"We introduced ourselves to people as John Lemon and Michael Micklewhite, which is my real name. We got very pissed and behaved very, very badly."
