BERRABAH'S BOYFRIEND CLEARED OF RAPE

SUGABABES beauty AMELLE BERRABAH is demanding an apology from her younger sister for accusing her boyfriend FREDDIE FULLER of rape, after British police cleared him of all allegations earlier this week.

Fuller, 24, was arrested in January (07) along with several of his friends in relation to the alleged sexual assault of the singer's 20-year-old sibling, Samiya - a claim he strenuously denied.

On Sunday (02Sep07), Fuller was released from the police investigation without charge - and the Push The Button star is ecstatic.

She says, "I'm thrilled. There have been a lot of lies made up about that and he needs an apology.

"His name should not have been mentioned in that context. We are very happy together."

A police spokesman confirmed: "The case never went to court and due to lack of evidence no charges have been made.

"A number of men including Mr Fuller were brought into the station on a number of occasions to be questioned and bailed each time. They were last questioned on Sunday, at which point they were all released without charge."
