BRITNEY'S FUNK PERFORMS KISS + RUN ON JAMIE KENNEDY
BRITNEY SPEARS' former assistant SHANNON FUNK is using her 15 minutes of fame to snag a celebrity boyfriend.
The pretty blonde - who was fired by Spears in July (07) after only a month's employment - was spotted getting up close and personal with comedian and movie star Jamie Kennedy during a visit to Las Vegas club Body English at the weekend (01-02Sep07).
Kennedy was partying with larger-than-life Vegas showman Jeff Beacher when Funk pounced, flashing her breasts at the astonished funnyman and then attempting to chat him up.
An onlooker tells WENN, "She was definitely trying to make out with Jamie and insisted a friend took a snapshot as she stole a smooch, before dashing off onto the dancefloor.
"Jamie was obviously stunned by the encounter. Shannon is clearly trying to get famous on her own terms after leaving Britney's employ."
Kennedy's night out with Beacher is set to become a regular occurrence in Sin City - Kennedy is rumoured to be the new host of the entertainer's monthly Beacher's Mad House cabaret at the Hard Rock Hotel + Casino.
