RUFF RYDERS BOSS INDICTED

LATEST: Ruff Ryders Records' co-CEO DARRIN DEAN faces up to 20 years in prison after he was indicted on drug charges.

The music mogul was arrested in May (07) after police found a large amount of cocaine and a firearm in his customised van.

The Bergen County grand jury in New Jersey charged Dean with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute on Wednesday (29Aug07).

He is currently free on $342,000 (GBP171,250) bail. He is expected to be arraigned later this month (Sep07).
