PANIC! BOTTLED AT READING FOR SECOND YEAR

Rockers PANIC! AT THE DISCO were struck by flying bottles as they performed at the Reading Festival on Saturday (25Aug07), for the second successive year.

At last year's event frontman Brendon Urie was left bloodied when a bottle hit him in the face.

This year fans took aim and bombarded the band with a flurry of missiles when they took to the stage.

After the first song, Urie joked, "Alright, this is going better than last year. We made it through the first one."

But seconds later bassist Jon Walker was hit in the head by a bottle. Urie had to be treated by medics for a cut last year - but Walker insisted he was unhurt, saying afterwards, "I didn't get knocked out, I got off lightly."
