Dance stars GROOVE ARMADA insists music fans would turn on troubled singer AMY WINEHOUSE if she stopped misbehaving.
Winehouse recently collapsed following three days of hard partying and was admitted to a London hospital.
But Groove Armada bandmember Tom Findlay believes the Rehab hitmaker is a huge celebrity because she is a rock and roll star - and fears she will lose her fanbase if she cleans herself up.
He says, "She is a genuine rock star and you know rock stars - they're not perfect people.
"That's what makes them. She's in that weird position where we don't want her to be perfect because if she wasn't the woman we know she wouldn't be as exciting."
