FIFTH WOMAN CLAIMS SPECTOR HELD GUN TO HER HEAD
LATEST: A fifth woman has accused PHIL SPECTOR of holding a gun to her head and threatening to kill her.
On Tuesday (21Aug07), former girlfriend Devra Robitaille told the Los Angeles Superior Court the legendary music producer twice pulled a gun on her.
She claims the first time was at a party in the late 70s and only managed to defuse the situation by becoming "very British, very mumsy".
The second time was in 1987 following another party. She said, "The gun came out and he was holding it at my face. I went cold inside. I thought, 'I can't believe this - not again.'"
Four other women have given similar testimonies during the five month trial.
Spector is accused of the fatal shooting of actress Lana Clarkson at his Alhambra, California mansion in February 2003.
He has pleaded not guilty and claims Clarkson committed suicide. The trial continues.
