ECKHART IS A CHANGED MAN THANKS TO HYPNOSIS

Hollywood actor AARON ECKHART has credited hypnosis with changing his life forever after he used the practice to give up smoking and alcohol.

The Erin Brockovich actor was a heavy drinker and smoker in the past - and he never thought it would be possible to quit his vices.

But after undergoing hypnosis treatment Eckhart became a changed man, and hasn't ruled out using hypnosis to conquer his demons again.

He says, "I've changed my life for sure, there's no doubt about it. I've quit drinking. I've quit smoking. And I don't think I was the best person when I was drinking.

"I didn't use the hypnosis as therapy. But I wouldn't be afraid to do that if I needed to clear something up."
