New parents LIVE SCHREIBER and NAOMI WATTS became involved in a scuffle with the paparazzi in Malibu, California on Sunday (19Aug07), with the actor losing his temper and pushing one photographer away.
Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber leaving a Malibu restaurant with their newborn baby, Alexander. Los Angeles, California - 19.08.07
A limping Schreiber was carrying the couple's three-week-old son into Greek restaurant Taverna Tony's when he placed the baby carrier down when one snapper got too close.
Turning round to confront the photographer, Schreiber shouted, "You f**king disgust me. It's a f**king child and I have one f**king foot."
The Manchurian Candidate actor then chased away several other photographers before entering the restaurant for lunch.
But when the couple emerged after their meal, they were again surrounded by paparazzi, forcing Watts to protest "Are you out of your mind?" as she tried to make way for Schreiber to place their baby in a waiting car.
One photographer then taunts Schreiber saying, "You better sit down before I knock your a** out."
The incident, video footage of which is posted on website TMZ.com, is the second time in recent weeks Watts has had a problem with over-zealous paparazzi. Last week (ends17Aug07), she received police protection when pursuing photographers caused a safety scare at a Los Angeles supermarket.

SPICE GIRL MELANIE BROWN has defended her new husband insisting he is not a 'wife beater'.
MELANIE BROWN and STEPHEN BELAFONTE
Brown married film producer Stephen Belafonte in June (07) in a low key ceremony - and it emerged soon after that Belafonte has a criminal record for hitting the mother of his child, ex-partner Nicole Contreras.
He admitted attacking Contreras at her Beverly Hills home in May 2003 but escaped jail with a suspended sentence and probation.
But Brown insists people have the wrong idea about her new husband.
She says, "Everything I stand for is about being a strong, independent woman, so for him to be seen as a wife beater is devastating for me because he's not - he never has been.
"They're trying to make him out to be this aggressive, violent, woman batterer and he's not."

British singer LILY ALLEN has defended her regular tirades against U.S. President GEORGE W. BUSH insisting she still thinks America 'is a great place.'
The outspoken singer slammed Bush during her performance at England's V Festival on Saturday (18Aug07) following a recent U.S. working visa revocation.
Ahead of her song Everything Is Wonderful she said, "This next one is about people who are awkward on the train, U.S. immigration officials and George Bush in general."
But Allen insists it does not mean she hates America.
Writing on her MySpace blog, she says, "I have called George Bush a c**t at pretty much every show I have played over the past year. That is because I think he is one and I stand by that. You can make up your own mind as to whether you agree with me or not, that's just how I feel.
"Just because I hate George Bush doesn't mean I hate America, quite the opposite. I think the U.S. is a great place and I am really sad that I can't be there for my commitments scheduled for the near future.
"What I said about George Bush this weekend bears no relation to what happened a couple of weeks ago with my visa, that is an issue with the U.S. immigration service. I just wanted to let you all know that my "foul mouthed tirade" so widely reported over the past couple of days is actually pretty rehearsed and I've been saying it long before all this visa issue .

LORDI guitarist AMEN has no regrets about the heavy metal band's winning appearance at the 2006 Eurovision Song Contest, because the unfashionable competition opened them up to an international audience.
The Finnish rocker - real name Jussi Sydänmaa - admits the band's career would be in the doldrums if it wasn't for Eurovision.
He says, "It is broadcast to millions of viewers - usually there's over 100 million viewers. It is one of the most-watched non-sporting events in the world, so it's a great opportunity to bring your message to millions of people in only three minutes.
"It's a place no one ever expected to see a band like us, but that's the reason we wanted to participate, because we do things that normal bands don't do.
"It opened many doors for us. We got a lot of new fans, and because of that we have a chance to play in bigger arenas. During the last year-and-a-half we were really busy, and we have to thank Eurovision for that."

A LOVE SUPREME singer WILL DOWNING has been struck down with paralysing muscular disorder polymyositis.
The soul star swore his family and friends to secrecy when he was first hit by the disease, which leaves him so weak he's unable to perform basic tasks, but rumours about his condition have prompted Downing to reveal all.

"I was getting on an airplane and I wanted to put something in the overhead bin. All I had in my bag was a computer. (I) couldn't lift the bag up."
But Downing is determined not to let polymyositis ruin his life: "The only thing that has changed is I'm in a chair and I walk very slow. Other than that, I've been singing up a storm."

SACCO AND VANZETTI
Cast: Henry Fonda, John Turturro, Tony Shalhoub, Arlo Guthrie, Giuliano Montaldo
Synopsis: SACCO AND VANZETTI brings to life the personal, political and legal aspects of the heartbreaking story behind Nicola Sacco and Bartolomeo Vanzetti, two Italian immigrant anarchists who were accused of a murder in 1920, and executed in Boston in 1927 after a notoriously prejudiced trial. It is the first major documentary film about this landmark story. The ordeal of Sacco and Vanzetti came to symbolize the bigotry and intolerance directed at immigrants and dissenters in America, and millions of people in the U.S. and around the world protested on their behalf. Nearly eighty years later, the story continues to have great resonance, as America once again grapples with issues of civil liberties and the rights of immigrants. SACCO AND VANZETTI brings to life the personal, political, and legal aspects of this heartbreaking story. The powerful prison writings of Sacco and Vanzetti are read by actors John Turturro and Tony Shalhoub. A chorus of passionate commentators propels the narrative, including a number of older people with personal connections to the story. Artwork, music, poetry, and feature film clips about the case are interwoven into the storytelling. Through the tragic story of Sacco and Vanzetti, and the inspiring images of those who keep their memories alive, audiences will experience a universal – and very timely – tale of official injustice and human resilience.
