SPEARS INVESTIGATED FOR CAR PARK COLLISION
LATEST: BRITNEY SPEARS is at the centre of a police investigation in Los Angeles after scraping a motorist's car while trying to park her Mercedes Benz.
The troubled pop superstar accidentally collided with Kim Robard-Rifkin's vehicle on Monday (06Aug07) and video paparazzi caught the footage.
Now, police sources confirm a police report has been filed - and she could be charged with a hit and run after failing to contact Robard-Rifkin in accordance with California law.
To make matters worse for Spears, she hit the other vehicle not once but twice - after finally parking her car, the Toxic singer then opened her door bashing Robard-Rifkin's SUV.
