STEWART'S SON SUED OVER ASSAULT ALLEGATIONS

ROD STEWART's son SEAN has been sued over allegations of assault.

The Scottish rocker's offspring is facing a legal battle with Daniel Refoua, who claims he was "attacked, assaulted, battered, punched, beat, hit, struck, tortured and imprisoned" by Stewart during an incident which took place in Hollywood in January (07).

Refoua filed the assault, battery, false imprisonment, negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress suit in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Tuesday (31Jul07), according to TMZ.

It is the second lawsuit issued against Stewart Jr. in three months; two men filed a suit over an incident in April (07), which alleges Sean threw bricks at them, causing assault, battery and both intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress.
