ZULU actor IVOR IMMANUEL has died. He was 80.
The Welsh star was best known for his work in the 1964 film, which was a dramatisation of 1879's Battle of Rouke Drift in South Africa.
Ellen Baker, the widow of Zulu producer Stanley, says, "It is a terribly sad day. It was Ivor who held Zulu together - was the linchpin and I just adored him. He was the sweetest most gentle man."
