Colombian pop superstar SHAKIRA has asked her fiance ANTONIO DE LA RUA to sign a pre-nuptial agreement before they marry in September, according TO reports.

A newspaper in de la Rua's native Argentina claims the lawyer son of former Argentine president Fernando de la Rua will be asked to renounce any right to the singer's fortune, should they divorce.

Clarin reports, "When you're very much in love you have plenty of people giving you advice, and none of them wants to see what happened to Paul McCartney happen to her."

It also claims Shakira is keen to start a family, adding, "Shakira has already made the decision to marry Antonio de la Rúa. When she was on tour in Buenos Aires she also said that her wishes to become a mother are getting more and more intense."

The couple, who have been engaged for six years, are expected to marry at a lavish mansion in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic in September (07).

Former hellraiser OZZY OSBOURNE is keen to make another album with BLACK SABBATH - and insists he would be crazy not to.

The self-styled Prince Of Darkness was sacked from the band in the 1970s by bandmates Tony Lommi and Geezer Butler and replaced by Ronnie James Dio.

Osbourne has reunited with Black Sabbath twice since he was fired, and admits he would love to work with the band once more to mark his retirement from music.

He says, "I never say never. I'd be completely nuts not to put out another Black Sabbath album.

"If I ever retire, I'd love to end my career performing with the band I first played with."

MONROE'S 'KILLERS' REVEALED?

MARILYN MONROE's 'killers' are to be named in an explosive new book by a British author.

Keith Badman - who has also penned books about The Beatles and The Beach Boys - rejects the official cause of the screen icon's death which states she died of an overdose of sleeping pills in August 1962.

Badman, however, believes she was murdered and that her killers moved her body prior to the arrival of the Los Angeles police.

He also dismisses the long-held belief, the Some Like it Hot actress died clutching her telephone.

He says, "After years of extensive research going through thousands of documents, I'm now certain how Marilyn died and I will name the individuals responsible in the book."

Badman further claims Monroe died as the result of a botched FBI investigation and believes police evidence was tampered with.

He adds, "The original police photographs went missing but I've seen copies which show her lying on her left-hand side of face on the bed. But she actually died lying in the opposite direction, as the autopsy pictures show the blood had gathered on the right-hand side of her face after she had died.

"So much of what we've been led to believe about Marilyn's death is complete and utter rubbish."

LATEST: Actor ISAIAH WASHINGTON landed his first TV role after being fired from GREY'S ANATOMY for using a homophobic slur during an on-set fight because network bosses believe he deserves a second chance.

Washington was dismissed by bosses at U.S. TV network ABC earlier this summer (07) - seven months after the behind-the-scenes fracas with co-star Patrick Dempsey hit the headlines, prompting another co-star, T.R. Knight, to 'come out' as a homosexual.

Washington publicly apologised for his comment and met with gay leaders to seek forgiveness - but it wasn't enough for him to keep his job.

On Monday (16Jul07) it emerged Washington will guest star on network NBC's upcoming Bionic Woman show, an update of the 1970s programme starring Lindsay Wagner.

NBC executive producer David Eick says, "We believe in second chances. We embrace the gay community and hope they will watch."

He adds, "I guess that I still abide by the credo that no publicity is bad publicity and for every person that doesn't watch the show because they're sensitive to the controversy I figure that we'll get two who will because they're curious.

"Eventually there will be a new scandal and no one will be thinking of this."

COLE BLASTS ST TRINIAN'S REMAKE

Former ST TRINIAN's star GEORGE COLE has blasted a movie remake of the classic school comedy, insisting it will never be as successful as the original.

Cole, who played 'Flash' Harry Cuthbert Edwards in the 50s and 60s film about the antics of students at an all-girl's boarding school, says the remake is "pointless".

He says, "I don't think much of it. It's not the same. There was nothing wrong with them in the first place to warrant a remake. They were perfect.

"I wouldn't do a cameo in this one unless I could play Flash Harry. And a geriatric Flash Harry around all those schoolgirls just wouldn't look right at all."

The new movie, adapted from Ronald Searle's books, stars Mischa Barton and Rupert Everett.

THE VIEW ANGRY OVER MONKEYS' MERCURY NOMINATION

Scottish rockers THE VIEW have criticised the Nationwide Mercury Prize for nominating the ARCTIC MONKEYS for the second consecutive year.

Arctic Monkeys collected the gong for their debut disc Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not last year (06) and have been nominated for this year's (07) prize for their second album Favourite Worst Nightmare.

But the Same Jeans hitmakers have blasted the nominations, insisting the award should be a one-off prize.

Guitarist Peter Reilly says, "It's a great album but I'm not sure how Mercury can vote for Arctic Monkeys twice in a year.

"I thought it was a one-off prize, meant for new bands and debut albums. Is there not a rule?"

The View have received a nomination for this year's annual music prize alongside fellow British artists Amy Winehouse and the Klaxons.

KATONA FEARED SHE WOULD BE KILLED

Former ATOMIC KITTEN singer KERRY KATONA feared she and her five-month-old daughter would be killed by the masked robbers who held them at knife-point.

The singer has been put on medication and is undergoing counselling after three robbers, armed with a sledgehammer, crowbar and knife, burst into her home in Cheshire, England on Monday (16Jul07).

She was cradling her daughter Heidi throughout the ordeal while husband Mark Croft was frogmarched around the house by the intruders.

The ordeal has devastated the 26-year-old who feared the family would be killed.

Katona's spokesman Max Clifford says, "She has had nightmares about the attack, of her being stabbed and her child being stabbed.

"She decided to go away for a couple of weeks for counselling. She is still devastated. She is hoping to come to terms with what has happened."

The armed trio escaped with two televisions, an Xbox and a Playstation 3, jewellery and watches.

BEN HARPER TO HIT THE ROAD AGAIN

New album, LIFELINE, in stores August 28, 2007, via Virgin Records.

At the end of a nine-month worldwide tour, Ben Harper and the Innocent Criminals went into a Paris recording studio and made their brilliant new album, Lifeline, in just seven days.

Rolling Stone calls Lifeline, “…an acoustic soul stunner…a thing of beauty.”

In order to best present the album, Ben Harper has selected some of the most beautiful and intimate theatres in North America. In his first ever seated theatre tour, he has chosen to perform in such legendary venues as New York’s Radio City Music Hall, Atlanta’s Fox Theatre, Oakland ’s Paramount, Nashville ’s Ryman Auditorium and Toronto’s Massey Hall.

The band will perform the brand new album, Lifeline, dig deep into Harper’s back catalog of soulful gems and they will feature songs from 2004’s Grammy award winning There Will Be A Light.

Ben Harper and The Innocent Criminals will perform on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno on August 28th, Late Night with Conan O’Brien on September 21st and The Late Show with David Letterman on October 1st.
