LILY ALLEN is 'happy being herself' and isn't on the verge of a breakdown - according to her younger brother.

The Smile singer admitted she was an alcoholic in May (07), and posted a depressed rant about her weight on her MySpace blog in the same month. In June (07), her dad Keith Allen admitted his daughter was "exhausted" after months of non-stop promotion in the U.K. and the U.S.
However, 20-year-old sibling Alfie Owen-Allen insists his sister is happy as she is.
He says, "Lily will never try and be someone else to impress people, she'll just impress people by being who she is."
And Lily maintains her problems aren't as bad as journalists imply, as she would be in rehab if things were serious.
She adds, "If I was falling apart at the seams I'd be in the Priory (rehab facility), not here. It's not about career, it's not about longevity, it's about being happy in this moment for me, living the day."
