TERENCE STAMP TURNS THE LIGHTS OUT AT WEMBLEY

Hollywood star TERENCE STAMP turned the lights out on 65,000 music fans at Wembley Stadium to encourage people not to waste energy.

The actor was onstage at the London leg of Live Earth introducing Madonna's headlining performance.

He said, "I got into cinema because I liked it when the lights were dimmed. Even when I was three it felt like everyone was at the beginning of an adventure. Let's see this as the start of an adventure."
