FRANCIS TO DEFEND HIMSELF AGAINST LATEST ALLEGATIONS

LATEST: GIRLS GONE WILD creator JOE FRANCIS has vowed to 'vigorously' defend sexual harassment allegations made by a former employee of his company.

JOE FRANCIS

In court papers filed in Los Angeles, Tranae Hammond accuses Francis and some of her co-workers at Mantra Films of touching and massaging her shoulders and arms and of conducting frequent conversations about sex in front of her.

Hammond also alleges that after she complained of sexual harassment she was subjected to a "hostile environment" and her contract was terminated.

However, Francis' lawyer has dismissed the allegations have anything to do with the troubled star.

A statement reads: "While Mantra Films cannot at this time independently verify or contradict many of the items alleged in the lawsuit filed by Tranae Hammond, we want to make clear that there are absolutely no allegations that Joe Francis was involved in any harassment or other wrongdoing.

"In fact, the lawsuit doesn't even allege that Ms. Hammond ever met Mr. Francis.

"The company plans to vigorously investigate and defend the allegations made by Ms. Hammond."

Francis is currently dealing with a number of legal problems, including accusations of performing sex with a minor and being party to a tax fraud of $20 million (GBP10 million).
