FOX BURPED THROUGHOUT ARREST, BRANDS COP RACIST

A police report relating to actress VIVICA FOX's drink-driving charge has revealed the star burped her way through her arrest - and accused a police officer of being racist.

The Kill Bill star was apprehended earlier this year (Mar07) after she was caught driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI).

In a police report obtained by TMZ.com, police offer Daniel Laubscher recounts, "Fox began to walk away, yelling at my partner (who is Hispanic), 'Brother help a sister - are you going to let this racist white cop do this ... well are you?'"

In a section of the report in which officers are asked to describe the demeanour of the person they have arrested, Laubscher wrote "demeaning."

According to the document, Fox refused to remove her high heeled boots when she was taken to the station for a breathalyser test, telling cops "she was a dancer and felt more comfortable wearing them."

A belch from Fox forced the breath examination to be terminated: "Fox then burped quite loudly and I then aborted the test."

If found guilty of the DUI charge, Fox could face up to six months in prison and a $1,000 (GBP500) fine.
