Incarcerated socialite PARIS HILTON has vowed to open a "halfway house" for female offenders upon her release from jail on Tuesday (26Jun07).
The star, who is set to be released early from her 45-day sentence for good behaviour from the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, California, insists she wants to help her fellow inmates build their own life outside the prison walls.
She says, "These women just keep coming back as they have no place to go.
"It would be a place to get food and clothes."
