HILTON TO APPEAL JAIL DECISION

LATEST: PARIS HILTON will reportedly appeal the decision to send her back to jail, in a bid to secure her release for a second time.

The heiress was last night (8Jun07) sent back to Los Angeles' Century Regional Detention Center in Lynwood, California to finish the 45-day sentence she began last Sunday (03Jun07) night - after a judge reversed the decision to allow her to complete the sentence under house arrest.

Hilton was escorted out of a Los Angeles courtroom crying and screaming after the order was imposed.

But TMZ.com claims her legal team are already preparing an appeal they hoped to file by late on Friday or first thing on Monday (11Jun07)

Hilton was jailed after violating her parole following a 2006 drunk driving arrest.
