POLICE RELEASE INCORRECT HILTON MUGSHOT
The wrong mugshot of PARIS HILTON was accidentally sent by police to news agencies around the globe yesterday (04Jun07).
Bungling officials at the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department were left red-faced after "inadvertently" releasing a picture of Hilton taken moments after her September 2006 drink-driving arrest.
The almost identical correct photo was then sent out.
The hotel heiress began her jail term for violating her probation following the 2006 drink-driving arrest after turning herself in to Los Angeles Sheriff authorities on Sunday night (03Jun07).
