BEDINGFIELD NEEDS HER BED

NATASHA BEDINGFIELD struggles to stay awake while on tour because she needs at least eight hours sleep a night.

The British beauty demands her beauty sleep regime remains unchanged when she is on tour - and insists her slumber time is for the benefit of her management team as much as her own.

She says, "If I don't have eight hours I'm an absolute nightmare - a wreck. This time around I've told everyone that if they only give me four hours sleep a night I'll change into a different person.

"The road is hard. There's less stamina as a woman, which I didn't want to admit to. I want to work as tough as any guy, but I have to pace myself."
