BRITNEY SPEARS recently stormed off a busy jet plane, delaying the flight for almost one hour - because the aircraft's seats were not made of leather.
The pop superstar's refusal to sit in her allocated seat left hordes of angry passengers fuming on the flight from Los Angeles to Florida earlier this week (begs14May07), and the plane was delayed even further when she demanded to be let off the aircraft at the last minute.
Fellow passenger Tony Sanchez tells British newspaper The News Of The World, "The plane was about to taxi to the runway when Britney got up. She said, 'I don't want to fly on this plane - it hasn't got leather seats.'
"Then there was further delay as her bags had to be found and taken off."
