PROSECUTORS REJECT CLAIM LOHAN STOLE CLOTHING

Prosecutors in Los Angeles have thrown out a claim LINDSAY LOHAN stole clothing from an apartment in April (07), due to a lack of evidence.

The unnamed woman accused the Mean Girls star of walking off with clothing including a shirt after visiting her apartment while she was away for a few days.

Lohan was said to have been invited to the woman's home by her housesitter, who allegedly gave the actress the clothing.

However, a plaid shirt Lohan was wearing was different to photos of a shirt the woman said had been stolen, leading District Attorney Steve Cooley to reject the claim outright.
