ILLNESS FORCES MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE TO CANCEL ANOTHER SHOW

LATEST: MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE scrapped another show on their US tour with Muse last night (06May07) when a festival appearance on Saturday (05May07) left sick band and crew members feeling even worse.

The two groups were hit by food poisoning late last month (Apr07) and the health crisis has cost them a handful of dates.

Last night's show in Portland, Maine was cancelled at the last minute after members of My Chemical Romance and its crew, and members of Muse's crew, fell ill again after playing at the Bamboozle Festival in East Rutherford, New Jersey the day before.

In a statement, the group's management explains, "The Bamboozle Festival appearance put the ill members of My Chemical Romance in a further weakened state, and they have been put on a two-day bed rest."

The MCR/Muse tour is expected to continue on Tuesday night (08May07) in Worcester, Massachusetts.
