CRUISE BUYS ANOTHER DREAM HOME

TOM CRUISE has snapped up another dream home in Beverly Hills, California - and this one wasn't even on the market.

TOM CRUISE and KATIE HOLMES

The movie star has paid an estimated $35 million (GBP17.5 million) for the 70-year-old, seven bedroom estate, which will replace the Beverly Hills home he has been renting for the last four years.

His current rented home is close to pals David and Victoria Beckham's new Beverly Hills estate.

Insiders claim the new house, which was not up for sale when the actor put in his offer, will serve as his main family home in California.
